HR Executive (Factory HR)
Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (Knowledge of Labour Laws is mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for skilled & unskilled workers.
- Maintain employee records as per the Factory Act.
- Ensure timely salary processing.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Bonus & Gratuity.
- Maintain labour law registers and statutory records.
- Submit statutory returns to labour authorities.
- Display mandatory factory notices and safety information.
- Conduct employee induction and training programs.
- Coordinate safety, machine handling, and productivity training.
