,Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and marketing team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure for residential and commercial projects
- Set team KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability
Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, SEO/SEM, print, OOH, events)
- Manage the company brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, project brochures, presentations, and digital assets
- Analyse campaign ROI and continuously optimise marketing spend for maximum effectiveness
Lead Generation & Channel Management
- Drive high-quality lead generation through multiple channels, including digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners
- Build, manage, and grow a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate aggregators
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with IPC firms (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.)
- Implement CRM best practices to track, nurture, and convert leads efficiently
Client Relationship Management
- Personally manage and nurture relationships with key clients, HNIs, and institutional buyers
- Lead high-value negotiations and ensure a premium, consultative sales experience
- Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and customer preferences
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports for senior management
- Provide strategic input to management on pricing, product positioning, launch sequencing, and inventory management
- Identify new market opportunities, micro-markets, and customer segments to drive growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the project development, CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless project launches
- Work with management on go-to-market strategies for new project launches and re-launches
- Coordinate with external agencies (advertising, PR, digital) and manage vendor relationships
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Real Estate Management (strongly preferred)
Experience
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets across residential and/or commercial real estate projects
- Experience managing large, multi-project portfolios and diverse sales teams of 10+ members
- Prior experience working with or for a reputed real estate developer is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and digital marketing platforms
- Solid understanding of RERA regulations, real estate market dynamics, and legal processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed CTC: ₹24,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
