We are a trade promotion and exhibition organizer specializing in organising and representing international B2B exhibitions, conferences and summits trade across multiple industries and countries.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales and Business Development Team as a Business Manager. As Business Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing relationships with key clients, building on new client base while retaining existing clients.
All our trade fairs and initiatives are B2B. You would be expected to complete the sales cycle from identifying potential exhibitors to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role demands strong communication skills, confidence, negotiation ability, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Selling Exhibition Space: Interact with decision makers in order to sell exhibition booth space for showcasing their products, services or brands at our B2B trade shows.
· Sales Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including corporations, trade associations and government agencies.
· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and achieve exhibition revenue target.
· Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to pitch to potential companies and trade bodies.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or exhibition industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong background in sales, with the ability to close deals and manage negotiations.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
