Pokus (pokus.ai) is a beauty commerce startup backed by Lightspeed and Info Edge. We're reimagining beauty shopping by bringing the offline store experience home — customers book a session, a Beauty Expert visits with a curated assortment of products, they try everything at home, get personalised recommendations, and only buy what they genuinely like.
The Role
We're hiring Customer Excellence Interns to be the voice of Pokus, handling customer support and light sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and support conversations over chat, calls, and WhatsApp
- Assist customers with bookings and resolve their concerns professionally
- Drive light sales — help customers discover products and complete purchases
- Maintain a positive, customer-first experience in every interaction
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues quickly
Requirements:
- Excellent professional English (spoken and written) — compulsory
- College students preferred
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 8 working hours per day
- Available for the full 3-month duration
- Able to work from our Bangalore office
- Can start immediately or within the next week
- No prior experience required — freshers are welcome to apply
Compensation:
Rs 15,000 - Rs 20,000/month stipend (based on interview performance)
