Job Summary
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM professionals with strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately and have hands-on experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Key Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Excellent knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Item (CI) management.
- Strong experience with Service Mapping and application/service dependency mapping.
- Experience with ITOM Discovery and infrastructure discovery.
- Understanding of CMDB data quality, relationships, and governance.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ITOM/CMDB issues.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- UAN/PF is mandatory and will be required after selection.
- Candidates should be able to provide relevant experience details during the screening process.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
