Job SummaryWe are looking for a versatile Service & Sales Engineer to handle both technical support and business growth for our range of Electronic Weighing Scales and Weighbridges. You will be the face of the company, ensuring existing machines run perfectly while identifying and closing new sales opportunities with industrial and retail clients.Key Responsibilities
- Technical Service: Install, calibrate, and repair electronic weighing scales and weighbridges at client sites.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers (factories, warehouses, traders) and pitch our range of weighing solutions.
- Up-selling: Evaluate old or non-functional machines at client sites and convince customers to upgrade to new models or sign Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat orders.
- Payment Collection: Follow up on invoices and ensure timely collection of payments for services and sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation. (Candidates with a blend of technical and marketing experience preferred).
- Experience: 1–4 years in Industrial Sales or Service. Experience in the weighing scale industry is a huge plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical benefits to non-technical business owners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
