Plant / Machine Operators Experience: 1–3 years of operating industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities: Operating fertilizer plant equipment (mixing plant, granulation/coating drums, and conveyor belts). Monitoring material flow and ensuring zero wastage during batch processing. Checking product quality during the manufacturing process and ensuring smooth flow. Performing basic data entry of raw materials used and finished bags produced. 2. Industrial Electrician Experience: 3+ years as a plant/factory electrician. Key Responsibilities: Handling heavy industrial wiring, 3-phase motors, and electrical control panels. Performing preventive maintenance and quick breakdown troubleshooting of plant machinery to minimize downtime. Maintaining electrical safety standards across the production facility. Mandatory Candidate Profile: Industry Experience: Previous working experience in a Fertilizer Plant (NPK, PROM, or Organic Manure) is highly preferred. Candidate must be disciplined, punctual, and ready to handle shift operations if required. Quick troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving attitude.
