RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain event-wise financial reports, expense tracking, and profit analysis.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing event budgets, comparing estimated vs. actual costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Power BI Dashboarding: Create and update dashboards to visualize key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Data Management: Organize, clean, and analyze financial and operational data for reporting accuracy.
- Invoice & Payment Tracking: Support finance teams in managing vendor invoices, reimbursements, and client payments.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and sales teams for event cost estimates and billing details.
- Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market and cost analysis to support pricing strategies and profitability studies.
- Internal Compliance: Ensure all financial documentation aligns with company policies and audit requirements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience (internship or academic projects preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard.
- Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
