B2B International Lead Generation Executive
- Location: On-site (Mohali)
- Experience Required: 1–6 Years in International B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales
- Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B International Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality business leads across global markets. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, market research, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and appointment setting.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with CRM tools, and a good understanding of international B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international B2B clients across target industries and regions.
- Generate qualified leads through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold emailing
- Cold calling
- Databases and online research
- Industry directories and events
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-makers, budget, and opportunity potential.
- Schedule meetings for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Track outreach campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in B2B international lead generation or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Strong research and data mining abilities.
- Understanding of sales funnels and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
