Job Title: Loan Administrator – Vehicle Loans

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Loan Administrator to manage the complete loan process for all types of vehicle financing. The ideal candidate will have experience handling two-wheeler, four-wheeler, commercial vehicle, and other vehicle loan applications while ensuring excellent customer service and timely loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of vehicle loan applications.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with lending policies.
- Prepare and maintain loan documentation and records.
- Follow up on pending documents and loan approvals.
- Track loan disbursements and update customers on application status.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan processing.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and loan records.
- Ensure all applications are processed within turnaround timelines.
Required Skills
- Experience in vehicle loan processing.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler, car, used car, commercial vehicle, and other vehicle loan products.
- Good understanding of banking and finance documentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in loan administration, banking, NBFC, dealership finance, or financial services.
- Experience with multiple lenders is an advantage.
