Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Officer with hands-on experience in Australia, New Zealand, and US visa/immigration processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing immigration cases end-to-end, from initial assessment and documentation to application preparation, submission, follow-ups, and final outcome.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa processes, documentation requirements, and immigration procedures across the respective countries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage immigration and visa applications for Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
Handle cases end-to-end, including initial assessment, documentation, application preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with visa requirements.
Prepare and organize visa applications, forms, supporting documents, and submissions.
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and resolve documentation gaps.
Track application status, deadlines, and correspondence with relevant authorities.
Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and procedures.
Identify potential documentation issues and case-related risks before submission.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure proper documentation at every stage.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and relevant immigration professionals whenever required.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding their application progress.
Ensure all cases are handled professionally, accurately, and within defined timelines.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in immigration/visa case processing.
Hands-on experience with Australia, New Zealand, and US visa/immigration processes.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end visa processing and documentation.
Excellent understanding of immigration forms, supporting documents, and application procedures.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in an immigration consultancy, migration firm, law firm, or similar organization will be preferred.
