- Respond to guest calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Ensure proper coordination for guest arrivals and departures
- Maintain lobby discipline and front desk presentation
- Prepare daily reports and update hotel software records
Requirements
- Experience in hotel front office operations

- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and guest handling ability
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
