About the Role
Rinwera Designs is looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Fresher Merchandiser to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the fashion and apparel industry.
We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is excited to develop a strong understanding of the merchandising and garment manufacturing process. As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with experienced professionals, factories, vendors, and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable exposure to every stage of the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of orders from development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, fabrics, trims, and production timelines.
- Maintain merchandising reports, production trackers, and order documentation.
- Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the merchandising team with daily operational activities.
- Develop an understanding of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and production planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Interest in the fashion and apparel industry.
