About BluPrnt:
BluPrnt Workspaces Pvt Ltd is a collaborative workspace and shared-services platform built for architecture, design, and construction firms. BluPrnt connects end customers with the right AEC professionals while enabling firms to scale through centralized procurement, cost intelligence, and a trusted ecosystem.
Role Purpose:
Own end-customer demand for BluPrnt by managing inbound leads and walk-ins, ensuring fair allocation to design firms and driving successful conversions. Exposure to Architecture, Engineering, Construction and/or Interior Industry is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own all inbound customer demand across online channels and Hub walk-ins
· Define lead qualification and routing logic
· Ensure transparent and fair distribution of leads to design firms
· Track overall conversion performance and revenue share for BluPrnt
· Work closely with founders to refine demand and monetization strategy
Skills & Experience:
· 1–3 years in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition roles
· Experience in Architecture, interiors, construction, or services platforms preferred
· Strong understanding of consultative selling and marketplaces
