YAVA AYURVEDA PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide a team while ensuring business targets and daily operational goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and workflow.
- Train and mentor team members on products, processes, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Track individual and team targets and achievements.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Resolve team-related issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Ayurveda, Herbal, Healthcare, FMCG, Sales, or related industries.
- Proven team-handling and leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel reporting.
