- Supervise all façade installation activities at the project site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and allocate daily work to site workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure the project is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Client, Consultant, and Main Contractor for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure materials received at the site match the approved specifications and maintain proper material records.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the installation process.
- Ensure all work complies with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure all workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption reports.
- Coordinate site measurements and verify work quantities for billing purposes.
- Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and installation challenges promptly.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to the management team.
- Monitor tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure they are properly maintained and safely used.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the work site.
- Assist in preparing joint measurements, snag lists, and project handover documentation.
- Verify completed work quantities for preparation of RA Bills and final billing.
- Maintain good coordination with fabrication, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of ACP, Unitized Glazing, Stick Glazing, Curtain Wall, Spider Glazing, Louvers, and Aluminium Façade Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and project reporting.
