We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed as per approved architectural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution is as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Check measurements and maintain site records, reports, and daily progress updates.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for timely resolutions.
- Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of drawings and details.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or discrepancies to the seniors.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure rectification of defective or incomplete work.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and site procedures.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution, preferably with an architectural or real estate firm.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
