Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our luxury jewellery store at Chennai Airport. The candidate will be responsible for store operations, sales performance, team management, and coordination with airport authorities while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, airport SOPs, and security norms
- Handle inventory management, stock audits, and shrinkage control
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS
- Coordinate with airport authorities, security teams, and vendors
- Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail
- Prior airport retail/store management experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, team-handling, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of inventory systems, POS, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-footfall airport environment
- Passport preferred
