Any UG/PG degree
Work location: Tidel Park, Coimbatore 14
Age: 18-58 yrs
Min 1-20 years experience - personal assistant/office assistant/management role/secretary
Speaking Tamil or Malayalam or Hindi will ben an added advantage
Coimbatore resident only or ready to relocate immediately within 1 week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
