Pre-Operative Duties
- Prepare operation theatre before surgeries
- Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Arrange surgical tools, drapes, consumables, and medications
- Check functioning of OT equipment such as:
- Anesthesia machine
- Monitors
- Suction apparatus
- OT lights
- Electrocautery machine
- Assist in patient shifting and positioning
- Ensure aseptic and infection-control standards
Intra-Operative Duties
- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries
- Pass instruments and supplies during procedures
- Handle specimens for laboratory examination
- Monitor and replenish surgical supplies
- Maintain sterile field throughout surgery
- Assist anesthesia team when required
Post-Operative Duties
- Clean and disinfect OT after procedures
- Send instruments for sterilization
- Dispose biomedical waste as per protocols
- Maintain surgery records and inventory
- Ensure readiness for next surgery
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
