Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to generate new business, meet potential customers, promote our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Ensure timely follow-up where applicable.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or field sales; freshers can also apply.
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
