Key Responsibilities For Molding Plant
- Quality Systems Support: Assist in maintaining and improving QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct in-process and final inspections using tools like CMM, gauges, and optical comparators to verify product conformance.
- Process Improvement: Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and 5Why activities to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain quality records, NCRs, and dashboards; assist in preparing reports for management and customers.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Production Teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits (ISO, customer, IATF) and ensure adherence to EHS and industry standards.
- Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to address incoming material quality issues and support corrective actions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
