About the Role
FastInfo Private Limited is seeking energetic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to assist clients with GST Registration and ISO Certification services. This is a sales-oriented customer service role where executives interact with prospective customers, understand their business requirements, explain service offerings, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding GST Registration and ISO Certification services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
- Explain the benefits, process, documentation requirements, pricing, and timelines of GST and ISO services.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Address customer queries and provide timely updates on service status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic knowledge of GST Registration and ISO Certification is preferred (training can be provided).
- Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, BPO, or business consulting is an advantage.
