Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Snapshot (Production & Operations)
- Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets
- Monitor production processes and ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations
- Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce wastage
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain production reports and documentation (daily/weekly output)
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support installation or site-related coordination if required
- Maintain inventory coordination with stores and logistics teams
Profile We Seek
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering
Experience: 0–2 years in Production / Manufacturing
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel for reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- Strong multitasking abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and continuous improvement approach
