Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct swimming classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
* Teach swimming strokes, breathing techniques, water confidence, and safety skills.
* Develop lesson plans according to students' age and skill levels.
* Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times in and around the pool.
* Supervise pool activities and respond effectively during emergencies.
* Maintain attendance records and progress reports of students.
* Organize swimming assessments, competitions, and recreational aquatic activities.
* Inspect swimming equipment and report maintenance requirements.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and performance.
* Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among learners.
Working Hours:
As per academy schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
Salary:
As per qualifications, experience, and academy norms.
Pay: ₹13,388.27 - ₹27,593.27 per month
