Position: Multibrand Quotation Executive
Department: Market Sourced (MRO) / Multibrand
Location: Vashi Integrated Solutions Limited
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Multibrand Quotation Executive to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for a wide range of industrial products. The candidate will coordinate sales teams, and customers to ensure timely quotation submission while maintaining the desired turnaround time (TAT).

Prepare and submit quotations for multibrand products as per customer requirements.

Identify and source products from multiple OEMs and suppliers.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain the best prices, lead times, and technical details.

Compare multiple vendor quotations and recommend the most suitable option.

Ensure quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and submitted within the defined TAT.

Coordinate with Sales, Business Managers, and customers to resolve quotation-related queries.

Maintain quotation records and update ERP/Salesforce systems.

Work on high-value and priority enquiries with minimum errors.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, basic formulas).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good analytical and commercial understanding.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BE/Diploma preferred).

1–3 years of experience in quotation management, procurement, inside sales, or industrial product sourcing.

Experience with ERP, Salesforce, SAP, or similar quotation software will be an added advantage.
