Job Overview
Saksham Signs is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Furniture Production Specialist to oversee and optimize furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in production management, quality control, and factory-floor operations within the furniture manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end furniture manufacturing and production processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Monitor and manage raw materials, machinery, tools, and workforce utilization effectively.
- Oversee cutting, assembly, polishing, finishing, and installation quality processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and proactively resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain workplace safety standards, operational discipline, and manufacturing compliance.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and workflow documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Furniture Manufacturing or Production Management.
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials, woodworking machinery, hardware, laminates, and finishing techniques.
- Hands-on experience managing factory-floor production operations.
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings and execute projects accordingly.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of quality control systems and production planning processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
