Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, execution-focused, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads,, LinkedIn and other paid channels
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting and creatives to achieve ROI, CAC and conversion goals
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages and audiences
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboards
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Understanding of funnels, KPIs, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking pixels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Meta & Google Ad
- Exposure to marketing automation or CRM tools
- Startup or agency experience
- Landing page optimization knowledge
