The role
You will own interior design projects end-to-end. From client brief through concept, documentation, vendor management, and site supervision to handover. You are commercially accountable for your projects. This is not a support role; you run your projects.
What you will do
- Lead complete projects independently across residential and commercial sectors
- Manage client relationships from brief to handover
- Deliver projects maintaining required gross profit margins
- Guide and support Junior Designers on shared projects — reviewing drawings and giving structured feedback
- Maintain a client satisfaction rating
What we are looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in interior design with a track record of project delivery
- Strong documentation skills — your drawings are accurate, complete, and revision-light
- Commercial awareness — you understand margins, not just aesthetics
- A natural mentor — you make the people around you better
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Excel, and project management tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to Goa
Growth Opportunity
Associate Designers who consistently outperform are promoted to Senior Designer. The grade responsible for business development, team leadership, and full incentive participation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
