Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Executive with experience in manufacturing accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial statements, audits, taxation, and MIS reporting while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting
- Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting in line with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and Companies Act requirements.
- Handle advance tax computation and income tax provisions.
- Coordinate income tax return filing and audit documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filing of returns.
Fixed Assets & Capex Accounting
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register and accounting records.
- Handle capitalization, depreciation calculations, additions, deletions, and verification of assets.
- Support Capex budgeting and asset accounting processes.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Support interim audit and compliance reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial controls.
Insurance & Risk Management
- Manage employee, stock, and facility insurance processes.
- Coordinate policy renewals, declarations, and accounting entries.
- Review insurance quotations and coverage requirements.
ERP & System Management
- Work in ERP/Tally environment for accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP systems.
- Ensure smooth financial reporting and process compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and inventory accounting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and Companies Act, 2013.
- Ability to coordinate with auditors and management teams.
- Team handling and leadership skills will be an added advantage.
