We are seeking a proactive and communicative Back Office Associate to handle our customer communications, data collection, and order pipelines. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between our clients (both B2B and B2C) and our internal operations, ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling & Customer Support: Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from B2B clients and B2C customers regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Order Management: Receive, verify, and process incoming B2B and B2C orders, coordinating closely with the dispatch/logistics team.
- Data Collection: Conduct phone-based market research, verify client details, and update the internal database with clean, actionable information.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and assist in resolving customer grievances professionally.
- Coordination: Act as the central communication hub between the field staff and management regarding client requirements.
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or order processing.
- Comfortable working with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, CRM software).
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure during peak order periods.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
