Job Description:
Paywint is looking for a highly analytical and communication-focused US Sales & Client Support Executive who can strategically handle US customers through voice and chat. This role is completely inside sales – no field work, no outdoor sales. The candidate should be comfortable working in the US night shift and interacting with international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle US customer interactions via voice and chat
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities
- Apply logical thinking to provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies
- Handle objections and convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain structured follow-ups and pipeline tracking
- Provide consultative support rather than scripted responses
- Collaborate internally to improve customer experience
Key Skills:
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Experience handling US customers (voice process preferred)
- Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking
- Ability to analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Strategic mindset in sales (not just pushing products)
- Comfort working in US night shift
- Self-driven and accountable professional

Pay: From ₹312,000.00 per year
