Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective clients, qualify leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in generating business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build positive customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads and databases.
- Receive and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details clearly.
- Qualify leads and identify potential buyers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily call targets, lead generation goals, and appointment booking targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
