The F&B Controller will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing all food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and quality.
Key responsibilities include:- Cost Control & Financial Management: Monitoring daily costs, analyzing variances, preparing COGS reports, and conducting menu costing. Inventory Management:- Overseeing inventory systems, conducting regular stock counts, and investigating discrepancies.
Purchasing & Receiving Control: Monitoring procurement processes and verifying the quality and quantity of goods received.
Menu Engineering & Analysis: Optimizing recipes and portion sizes with chefs and recommending pricing strategies.

Requirements:- Strong analytical and numerical skills.- Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and accounting principles.- Proficiency in Excel and POS systems.- Excellent communication and coordination skills within hospitality operations.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
