Arabic Patient Relations Executive
Location: Kalamaserry ,Kochi
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Arabic Patient Relations Executive to assist Arabic-speaking patients and coordinate their overall patient experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of hospital operations or medical terminology is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with patients, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients.
- Assist patients with consultations, treatment coordination, and queries.
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Report patient-related updates to the manager.
