As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a CRM Executive who can help us in ensuring a seamless transition from sales closure to possession, delivering an exceptional customer experience while safeguarding revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete post-sales lifecycle from booking to possession.
- Oversee documentation, agreement processing, and compliance coordination.
- Drive timely collections in alignment with construction-linked payment plans.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive communication on project milestones and handover timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a proper database and report the same.
- Manage escalations effectively to protect brand reputation and customer trust.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in CRM in Real Estate.
- Excellent communication skills & proficiency with computers.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage high-value luxury clientele professionally.
