Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant with 8–12+ years of expertise in SAP Financial Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP FI processes, hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in the manufacturing industry and SAP S/4HANA implementations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI functional activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
- Perform business process assessment, fit-gap analysis, and recommend optimal SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Taxation
- Financial Closing Activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams during development.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide production support by analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices for finance operations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
- Engage with business users and leadership through effective presentations and regular project updates.
Required Skills
- 8–12+ years of SAP FI consulting experience.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Taxation
- Month-End and Year-End Closing
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
- Experience in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Manufacturing industry projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and Finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- SAP FI/SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
