Cybooz IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to support our software products and client implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving software-related issues, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is critical in maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our customers across banking, finance, and enterprise software domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems
- Understand customer-reported issues related to software applications and provide timely resolutions
- Log, track, and manage support tickets until closure, ensuring SLA adherence
- Coordinate with development, QA, and implementation teams for issue resolution and escalations
- Provide functional guidance and basic training to customers on software usage
- Assist customers during software updates, migrations, and new feature rollouts
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product and management teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and web-based systems
- Strong communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is an advantage)
- Ability to analyze problems and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users
