Roles & ResponsibilitiesStudent Mentorship
- Guide and mentor students preparing for Kerala PSC Electrical Engineering examinations.
- Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions.
- Track student learning progress and performance.
- Identify weak areas and provide personalized improvement plans.
- Motivate students throughout their preparation journey.
Academic Support
- Clarify subject-related doubts in Electrical Engineering.
- Assist students in understanding concepts from the syllabus.
- Coordinate with faculties regarding student academic issues.
- Prepare short notes, practice questions, and revision strategies when required.
Student Engagement
- Conduct orientation sessions for new batches.
- Monitor student attendance and consistency.
- Maintain regular communication through WhatsApp and the TRUEVEN App.
- Build strong relationships with students to improve course completion.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze mock test performance.
- Maintain student progress reports.
- Follow up with inactive students and help them get back on track.
- Suggest academic interventions for low-performing students.
Coordination
- Work closely with Academic Head and Faculty Team.
- Assist in organizing live sessions, revision classes, and mentorship programs.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth academic delivery.
EligibilityEssential Qualifications
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Strong academic knowledge in core Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred
- Kerala PSC coaching or competitive exam experience.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
