We are seeking an experienced Senior SOC Analyst (6+ years) to serve as a player-coach and shift lead within our Security Operations Center.
- Lead SOC shift operations while actively participating in monitoring, investigation, and response activities.
- Analyze, triage, and investigate security alerts using existing security tools including Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, TheHive, and related platforms.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to junior analysts during assigned shifts.
- Execute incident response activities in accordance with established playbooks, processes, and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate with customer security teams to ensure timely resolution of security incidents and threats.
- Perform threat hunting, log analysis, and root cause investigations within the existing security stack.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, findings, and response actions in case management systems.
- Drive shift handovers, operational reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Work under the day-to-day direction of the customer security team, while remaining employed and managed by the employer of record.
- Strong experience in SOC operations, SIEM, EDR, incident response, and security monitoring is required.
