We are looking for a friendly and confident Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, explain our gemstone collections, and convert inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable gemstones/jewellery
- Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, and customization options
- Handle billing and basic sales process
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
- Manage WhatsApp and Instagram customer inquiries
- Build long-term customer relationships and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 0–2 years experience in retail/showroom sales (Jewellery preferred)
- Good communication skills (Tamil must, basic English)
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic mobile and social media handling skills
- Interest in jewellery / gemstones is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
