Core Responsibilities
A Site Admin Manager typically handles:
1. Administrative Operations
- Oversee daily office/site administration
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and management teams
2. Facility Management
- Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities (electricity, water, internet)
- Supervise vendors (cleaning, catering, repairs, etc.)
3. Staff & Vendor Coordination
- Manage support staff (receptionists, office assistants, drivers, etc.)
- Handle vendor contracts and service quality
- Ensure timely payments and renewals
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain safety standards (especially on construction/industrial sites)
- Handle audits and inspections
5. Logistics & Asset Management
- Manage office/site supplies and inventory
- Track company assets (furniture, equipment, vehicles)
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transport
