Senior HR Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for handling manpower planning, hiring strategy, employee records, and coordination with department heads for smooth HR operations at Dhar location.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manpower planning as per department requirement
- Job Description (JD) preparation and job posting
- Recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, references etc.
- Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Conduct HR round interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Salary negotiation and offer rollout
- Follow-up with selected candidates till joining
- Maintain hiring tracker and recruitment reports
2. HR Operations
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and records
- Attendance and leave management
- Maintain HR database in Excel or HR software
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Exit process (resignation, relieving letter, full & final)
3. Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Maintain positive work environment
- Handle employee queries and concerns
- Coordination between management and employees
- Support in employee engagement activities
- Maintain discipline and HR policies
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee documents as per company policy
- Ensure HR process compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data
- Update HR policies as required
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain monthly hiring report
- Maintain open positions headcount report
- Maintain interview status report
- Track employee data (joining, exit, attendance)
- Prepare HR MIS reports in Excel
Required Skills
- Strong Recruitment & Hiring experience
- Knowledge of HR Operations
- Good communication & coordination skills
- MS Excel, MS Word knowledge
- Offer letter & email drafting skills

Qualification
- MBA in HR / Graduate with HR experience
- Minimum 4+ years experience in HR
