Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements)
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and holidays
- Ensure timely salary processing in coordination with finance
- HR Documentation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
- Maintain employee files and ensure documentation compliance
- Handle background verification processes
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
- Support audits and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Update HR policies as required
- Employee Support
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll
- Assist in grievance handling and resolution
- Support engagement activities and employee communication
- HR Systems & Reporting
- Update and manage HRMS systems
- Generate HR reports (attrition, attendance, headcount, etc.)
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
