Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Kondor Plus Trade Processing (K+TP) Specialist with hands-on experience in Treasury and Capital Markets operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing trade processing workflows, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining system integrity within Kondor Plus environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Kondor Plus Trade Processing (K+TP) operations in a treasury / capital markets environment.
Handle end-to-end trade lifecycle processing , including capture, validation, settlement, and reconciliation.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade processing across financial instruments.
Work closely with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams to resolve trade-related discrepancies.
Perform system configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within K+TP.
Support data extraction, reporting, and analysis using MSSQL .
Execute and monitor batch processes in Unix environments .
Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Skill Requirements
Primary Skill:
Hands-on experience with Kondor Plus Trade Processing (K+TP)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in K+TP within Treasury / Capital Markets domain
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of MSSQL for database queries and reporting
Experience with Unix/Linux environments (basic commands, scripting preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of financial instruments such as FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
Exposure to trade settlement and reconciliation processes
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
