Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimation, and cost control.
- Ability to read construction drawings and prepare measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
