We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Electrician Trainer to join our vocational training team. In this role, you will assist in delivering high-quality practical and theoretical training to aspiring electricians. You will play a key role in developing students' technical skills, safety awareness, and industry readiness, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and on-the-job requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Assist senior trainers in conducting hands-on practical sessions and classroom instruction on electrical wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Curriculum Support: Help develop and update training materials, manuals, circuit diagrams, and instructional content.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety norms, the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the maintenance of a safe working environment.
- Workshop Management: Oversee the proper handling, maintenance, and storage of electrical tools, equipment, and training infrastructure.
- Assessment & Feedback: Assist in monitoring trainee progress through practical assessments, written tests, and observation. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, performance, and training documentation.
- Industry Alignment: Stay updated on current electrical industry standards, tools, and best practices to ensure training remains relevant.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
