Job Summary
EZHomz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Programmer responsible for programming, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting KNX-based home and building automation systems. The role involves configuring automation devices, integrating multiple protocols, ensuring seamless system functionality, and providing technical support during project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and commission KNX automation systems using ETS software.
- Configure and assign individual addresses, group addresses, topology, and device parameters.
- Develop automation logic for lighting, dimming, curtains, HVAC, scenes, scheduling, and energy management.
- Integrate KNX systems with third-party platforms including DALI, IP devices, gateways, AV systems, and other smart automation technologies.
- Configure KNX devices such as sensors, actuators, touch panels, dimmers, relays, curtain controllers, and interfaces.
- Perform device commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Download, update, and maintain device applications and firmware.
- Prepare system backups, programming documentation, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers during installation and testing.
- Attend site visits for commissioning, client demonstrations, and technical support.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Support post-installation service and resolve customer technical issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of KNX architecture, topology, and communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with ETS Software.
- Understanding of group addressing, device programming, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of DALI integration, IP routing, gateways, and AV automation.
- Ability to read electrical layouts and automation drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
