Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities with the Site Engineer, Consultant, and Contractor.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing day-to-day site works.
- Support the Site Engineer in ensuring work meets project requirements, quality standards, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Assist in resolving site-level issues in coordination with senior engineers and stakeholders.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site records.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the concerned team.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1-4 years of relevant site experience in construction/project execution
- Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, and basic engineering practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Good attention to detail, discipline, and a positive learning attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
