Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors.
- Train, motivate, and develop advisors to achieve business goals.
- Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy sales.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Drive agency productivity and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
